1: Chausey

Starting Sunday, 10 minute trips across the Rance to Dinard will make a return. Each year 8 various trips are offered, which run at different times between April and November. These trips are a fantastic way to explore the unique parts of Brittany, proving the strategic location of Saint-Malo for those who have a love of the sea. Here is a preview of the 3 most popular trips.
The Chausey archipelago lies just off the coast of Normandy and is in sight of the Mont St. Michel. With a total of 365 islets at low tide, the island boasts a variety of wildlife and marine life as well as beautiful blue waters. A one way trip lasts 75 minutes and excursions run between April 5th 2018 and September 24th 2018.
2: Dinan & Rance river tour
The river that separates St Malo and Dinard is called the Rance. Between April and September 2018 Corsaire will offer a chance to take a 2 hour and 45 minute ride along the river, passing by many picturesque villages, up to Dinan, a town famed for its medieval style buildings and grand viaduct.
4: Baie de Saint Malo
This hour and a half trip allows one to explore the bay surrounding St Malo just like the sailors did in the past. A total of sixteen sights are included, such as the Solidor tower, the grand and petit Bé, and the isle of Cézembre. Moreover, it provides a wonderful opportunity to view Saint Malo and the Intra Muros from a different perspective as one is out at sea.
8: Dinard
You know that you’re on the coast when the quickest way to travel is by boat! That’s right, in just 10 minutes one can cross the mouth of the river Rance, which is much quicker, prettier and more efficient than going by bus or by car. There are boats between Saint-Malo and Dinard every 40 minutes, and the same vice-versa.
