Sales conditions

• Cancellation without fees if made at least 48 jours before arrival
  (except July, August, September, week-end and Bank Holidays)
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival => first night charged
• No show => night(s) charged
• For a 3 night stay => 30% deposit must be paid in advance. If cancellation, deposit will not be refunded
• Between May and September, first night must be pre-paid (booking during this period cannot be cancelled or modified)
